Tuesday, October 7th from 6:30pm - 8:30pm;  2600 block of Glencoe, between Miller & Willis

This year marks the 31st Annual National Night (NNO) Out Against Crime.   Each year VPNA makes a huge effort to gather as many neighbors as possible for our annual National Night Out Against Crime block party.  At the Block Party we enjoy food, entertainment, a raffle, and most importantly, an opportunity to get to know our neighbors and build our community! Returning in 2014, in the food category, are Ruthie's Food Truck specializing in amazing sandwiches on artisan bread with fine cheeses, Jo Dawg's Food Truck serving custom hot dogs, links, polish sausages & bratwurst, Wackym's Kitchen serving delicious cookies and treats and for kids big and small - is Pop Star Handcrafted Popsicles.

As for beverages, we'll have bottled water, soft drinks, and three (yes 3!) kegs of beer - Lakewood Lager and Rock Ryder from the Lakewood Brewing Company!

And for entertainment, back again is Vickery Place resident Salim NourallahYou will also have the chance to visit with our local Dallas Police Department officers, our City Council Members and other City of Dallas representatives.

Admission to the NNO Block Party is free, but be sure to bring some cash for food trucks, games, kids’ activities, and raffle tickets. Beer will be available for a donation.

VPNA will also have an information table where you can purchase Vickery Place t-shirts and glasses and sign up for our crime watch e-newsletter and get your car sticker.

Hope to see you there and please tell your neighbors!
